Engineers Seeking talented engineers with 0-2 years' experience from various disciplines. Positions available in Quality, Application, Manufacturing and other areas. Bachelor's Degree or greater is required. Solderer/Assemblers Seeking individual(s) to perform precision assembly of delicate electronic components under a microscope. Use of epoxies, shrink tubing, heat guns and measuring tools. Inspect, position and assemble parts according to special instructions. Record job completion on traveler sheet for each process of assembly. Send assembled products to test or to quality assurance inspection. Keep assembly department clean and free of foreign objects. Keep inventory of supplies. Keep production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignments. Perform all other duties as assigned. Candidate must have good dexterity, be able to pay attention to detail and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. High School Degree or GED. No experience necessary - will train. Technician Immediate opening for individual(s) to perform functional check of in-process sensors and maintenance of production equipment. Refill production line's bottles of solvents and mix epoxies. Electrical Engineer Immediate opening for an individual to design, prototype, test and failure analysis of electrical components, electrical sub-systems and complete electronic sensors for the aerospace industry. Knowledge of motion control system, AutoCAD, ORCAD, RS232, RS485, Ethernet control protocols, analog and microcontroller circuits design techniques and programming skills a plus. Responsibilities include designing electronic systems and sub-systems, participate in design reviews throughout the design, building and testing process, and supporting testing of electronic components, subsystems and final designs. This includes such activities as writing test procedures and executing tests, evaluating test results, analyzing and troubleshooting noncompliance, designing and implementing fixes, and documenting all design work, software developed, and testing/qualification results. Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with mechanical design (Solid Edge, Solid Works, Autocad, etc.), rapid prototyping, electronic test equipment (multimeters, digital data acquisition), and experimental data analysis is desired.
